This single storey barn conversion is situated in the centre of the courtyard.

Entrance into the hallway with a glass partition. On the right is an open plan sitting/dining room with a well equipped oak fitted kitchen area; complete with an electric cooker, microwave, washer.dryer and filter coffee maker are also provided. There is a T.V. with Freeview, mini system, video and DVD.

There are two bedrooms, and one with a single bed and a pull out bed. One step leads up to the Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
