fields beyond. The lounge window
looks out onto the gravel yard, Clearbrook Cottage and farm buildings.
The Accommodation
Entrance into the hallway. On the right is an open
plan sitting/dining room with a well equipped oak fitted kitchen area,
complete with an electric cooker, microwave, washer-dryer, freezer and
filter coffee maker. There is a
colour TV, CD mini system and video.
One step leads up to the bathroom with a shower over the
bath, hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom has a single bed and a travel cot.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge for +1.
Outside Area The Snug does
