I have just added Free View to all the Cottages.  All the lounges have DVD's, Videos and Free View.  All the bedrooms have 'brand new' 19" wide screen LCD TV's, with built in DID and Free View, HD ready, with Scart and HEMI input and remotes.
 

This detached single storey barn conversion is very comfortable and is situated in the centre of the holiday cottages.

Views

The kitchen window looks out onto the farm track and fields beyond.

The lounge window looks out onto the gravel yard, Clearbrook Cottage and farm buildings.

The Accommodation

Entrance into the hallway.  On the right is an open plan sitting/dining room with a well equipped oak fitted kitchen area, complete with an electric cooker, microwave, washer-dryer, freezer and filter coffee maker.

There is a colour TV, CD mini system and video.

One step leads up to the bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.

Pine Four-Poster Bed

There are two bedrooms.

One bedroom with a "lacey" pine Four-Poster bed.

The second bedroom has a single bed and a travel cot.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge for +1.

Outside Area

The Snug does not have a garden, but it does have an outside seating area.

I now have a mobile 'phone number for last minute holiday accommodation bookings.
Should anglers wish to talk to the owner to ask about how the lakes are fishing etc please feel free
to call me day or evening.  Sometimes my fishery phone is not answered and I would like
people to know that they can call me.  A lot of people already call my mobile and that is fine.
