Decorating has now been
completed in all our cottages.
I have just added Free View
to all the Cottages. All the lounges have DVD's, Videos and Free View. All
the bedrooms have 'brand new' 19" wide screen LCD TV's, with built in DID
and Free View, HD ready, with Scart and HEMI input and remotes.
Self

or per nightly at short notice

THE FISHERY WILL BE CLOSED ON
MONDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS - As From MONDAY 11th OCTOBER 2010
From
Monday 11th October 2010 the Fishery will be closed on Mondays for two
reasons.
1) To
allow the stocking of large triploid rainbow and brown trout to take
place and to give them time to settle down.
2) To
allow the Fishery grounds to be improved and maintenance to take place
without disturbing anglers.
MONDAY CLOSING
Tavistock Trout Fishery
will be closed on Mondays
from
October 11th 2010 to
all anglers except those in residence on all inclusive anglers fishing
breaks

During the Summer Months, Early Morning Fishing is available, but is
strictly Bookings Only and all anglers fishing early must fill in a Self Service Permit at
the Office BEFORE fishing.

A fish gutting service is provided for anglers staying in
our holiday cottages.

We have introduced a new Fishing Club for our patrons.
For a £10 annual membership fee we will provide you with:
An exclusive Fishing Club sew-on badge
A twice-yearly newsletter outlining recent big fish
catches,
together with news, up coming events and the popular top tips
for tight lines.
The newsletter will be distributed at the beginning of
the peak trout season
and to coincide with the beginning of the off-peak season.
10% off all rods sold in our Tackle Shop.
If you would like to join, send your name, address &
phone number, together with your cheque for £10 made payable to Tavistock
Trout Fishery.
The first newsletter will be sent out, together with your
badge at the end of the season - (October).
We look forward to organising other events such as get
togethers, fly tying and casting afternoons.

25 lb, 20 lb, 15 lb or 10 lb Trout, then you will receive one of our "Special Badges" to sew on
your fishing waistcoat, so get fishing and good luck!
